Exeter City Football Club's full away allocation for the trip to Bristol Rovers has sold out. The club confirmed all 1,365 tickets for Saturday's League Two fixture at the Memorial Stadium have been snapped up.
"Our total allocation of 1,365 tickets have now been snapped up," Exeter City Football Club said. "Any returns will head straight to the club's official ticket site!"
Historic kit debut
The match will also see the first outing of the season for the club's 125th anniversary kit. Exeter City will wear the commemorative strip on the road for the first time.
Venue and travel
The game takes place at the Memorial Stadium in Bristol, with the newly opened Ashley Down Station on Mueller Road serving as the nearest train stop. Services run regularly from Bristol Temple Meads and Gloucester.
Recent form and context
Matt Taylor's side travel north sitting 20th in the League Two standings with six points from seven games. They come into the fixture following a 2-2 draw away at Cheltenham Town in midweek, where Josh Gordon and Charlie Cummins, with his first professional goal, were on the scoresheet. That result extended their recent run to just one win in five league matches.
Bristol Rovers, currently sixth, present a tough challenge, especially at home where they won their final seven matches of last season. The Grecians will hope their sold-out away support can inspire a positive result. The match kicks off at 3pm on Saturday, September 26.
